belonging day
On belonging day we all met at the senior field.
Next matua Willie told all of us that what´s going to happen.
he said,¨the pit was filled with hot irons and wood. 'The pit is burned for 3 hours.
when we were waiting we had our performing and the parents were waiting too.
First it was the story tellers and then the kapahaka started. It had lots of waiata and karakia.
After that the belle rang and then we all had a karakia again. So we had our hangi and it
was delicious and yummy. After eating Hangi, we played on the senior playground then the bell rang again.
So we had another performance! It took quite long. I really enjoyed Belonging Day
