Yr6 PE Lesson

 

Kia ora whanau and today, i have been doing yr6 PE.It was so funny that I was so exhausted and was cracking out loud so much. We have been doing lots of games but only had to upload 1 video. Hope you like it. Ka kite!!!

Measuring

South hornby school 2020!!

I am so excited because school is back! I have made new friends and some new favorite teachers in my class. Next year I am not going to be here because it was new year of 2020 a few days ago. Also we have a little update to the school pool.  I hope all of you had a great christmas and holidays. Goodbye!!!

Matariki week

This week we have been working so hard to reach 3000 tickets and it is Matariki week. Matariki are a group of seven sisters. They called the group Matariki because the name of the group is the oldest star which is the biggest star you'll ever see! I do not know that much about Matariki but if you know anything else about Matariki,Please tell me.

Geometry

In Geometry class we have been looking at directions on google maps. We learnt what a compass looks like and directions: North,East,South,West,NE,NW,SE,SW. I remember it by.... Never eat soggy weet-bix. I found it easy because the directions was really easy to understand!
