My Robot Map

In Math strand today we created maps. I made a Robot map. Our map had to include 5-8 features,a title and a compass. Then we asked our buddy to answer 5 questions about directions on our map. I found it hard because I did not understand the conversation miss goslin was talking about so I needed help and ask what I am supposed to do.

Geometry

In Geometry class we have been looking at directions on google maps. We learnt what a compass looks like and directions: North,East,South,West,NE,NW,SE,SW. I remember it by.... Never eat soggy weet-bix. I found it easy because the directions was really easy to understand!

Coordinates

In geometry we have been learning about coordinates. Coordinates are....Directions. We had to complete the following task.I learnt that....I had to figure out the directions of the symbols.
I found it easy because I started getting better & better until I had to finish the sheet.
